Ealing W13, London | Party Wall Schedule of Condition

Ealing W13, London | Party Wall Schedule of Condition

Ealing Party Wall Schedule of Condition (close to Brentford and Sourthall)

Background: The owners were in contact once they had spoken to their neighbours and received their tacit permission to proceed without the need to appoint a Party Wall Surveyor.

As the two adjoining owners consented to the works, only a Schedule of Condition was required.

There were two adjoining owners, both of whom had consented to the works.

The works involved extending the rear of the house to form a single storey extension.

Conclusion:

The Adjoining Owners consented to the works because the two neighbours were on amicable terms . The main concern of the Adjoining Owners was that the works could cause damage which would be difficult to prove later, and that issue was adequately addressed by the preparation of a Schedule of Condition which recorded the condition of the property prior to the works commencing.
