Costs savings should never come at the expense of the quality of the drawings as this would be a false economy.  Cost savings can be realised by:

1. Improving upon existing drawings. Where existing drawings need amending, these can usually be changed on CAD in order to bring them up to standard, which saves on the cost of starting the drawings again from scratch. 

2. Efficiencies of scale. Too often, clients ask Company A to produce Planning drawings, Company B to produce architectural drawings and Company C to produce Structural drawings. This is inefficient and results in higher costs. By engaging one company to provide all the required drawings and Planning input, the process is far more streamlined and high-quality drawings can be produced at below market rates with savings realised due to efficiencies of scale.  

3. Our offer to re-submit Planning Applications one time for free if it is refused pending some changes to the design.  

4. Ensuring that all drawings are Party Wall compliant from the start, there will be no further costs to bring the drawings up to par at the request of Party Wall Surveyors.  

5. Fee cost reductions applied for Party Wall Surveyor services. The reduction applied is typically 20% off the standard fee.
